For a shipping estimate please email us with the proper shipping details, name of client, Address and postal code/zip code. For actual shipping charges, we will email you a Paypal invoice. Once you have paid for the amount owing for shipping charges we will precede with the shipping of your products. info@shrimpdiaries.com
Since shrimp are very fragile and delicate, we take various precautions to ensure that they are free from diseases and healthy when we ship them out. In order to reduce stress during shipment we use Kordon Breather bags and include some plants to hang on to. Our approach at Shrimp Diaries will ensure that your products arrive their destination alive and in good health. All orders are processed as soon as funds have been cleared. Orders are shipped the next day after funds have been processed. Upon shipping of the products we will forward the tracking number to our clients thus ensuring they are able to follow the movement of their products. In the event that there is a DOA (Death on Arrival), we must be notified within 2 hours of receiving the shipment and it must clearly indicate that the package has not been tempered with. A picture must be emailed to us and it should show the dead product(s) inside the unopened packaging. Furthermore, tracking information should indicate that the package was delivered on the first attempt. All DOA products will be replaced but it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any shipping charges. All products that die whilst in the possession of the client are the sole responsibility of the client. Every shipment includes a few extra products just in case of a DOA.

Local Deliveries
All those who are within the delivery vicinity and prefer delivery instead of pickup will pay for the delivery in cash once they receive their products.
